This all women’s 1/2 marathon and 10K run training team starts January 28th. This 12-week nutrition and run training program will prepare you to cross the finish line at the Santa Cruz 1/2 marathon or 10K in April. Begin the New Year with a healthy start, do something for YOU and come have fun with the girls! Women of all ages and fitness levels welcome!

Kick-Off: Kick-off and information night is 7 pm on Wednesday, January 24th at the Mill Valley Community Center. Contact us now to reserve a space for the kick-off!
